To answer your question I'm 95% sure you can't run those libraries (and expansions) with legit Kontakt, atleast a large sum of them.
Certain libraries also need modification (or crack) to be fully unlocked to be used with the cracked Kontakt. Hundreds of the libraries run without problem on cracked Kontakt even it is installed from factory ISO (source). So I presume it's the Kontakt itself has to be unlocked so it can accept those libraries. I've experienced a behaviour where a version of cracked kontakt wasn't properly installed (my mistakes) and it resulted ALL the cracked libraries in demo mode.
